Manage Your Diabetes Through Change

CHANGE – Change your diet, exercise, and monitor your blood glucose.

Based on Blood Glucose levels, your physician can determine if you have diabetes and if your diagnosis is Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.

Diabetic Levels are measured based on ranges:
  • Normal Blood Glucose Range is between 70 and 100mg/dl.
  • Diabetic Blood Glucose Range is above 200mg/dl (11.1 mmol/l).
