“AKBF Healthy Kidney Service-Learning Program Campaign”

Greetings!!! Greetings Donors!!!
It's that time of year, and Allie's Kidney Beans Foundation (AKBF) would like to share the good news about the efforts of the AKBF Healthy Kidney Program, which provides Service-Learning hours for Baltimore and Washington DC School District students.
During the 2022 school year, AKBF started the pilot program for The AKBF Healthy Kidney Program, which gives local students 30 hours toward graduation credit. Initially partnering with Baltimore and Washington DC Students, your donations provided Binders of Kidney Basics information. The program has grown into an online Canvas Program, with the AKBF Healthy Kidney Book to give the students accessible course material.
AKBF needs your help reaching more schools. Your donations during this 2023 Fundraiser will tremendously assist advertising costs to attract more students' interest and for celebratory efforts for participants (such as T-shirts, Certificates, Prizes, and Gift Cards) as incentives for their participation.
AKBF Donor, your financial gifts will fulfill our mission to reduce minority health disparities related to kidney health. Most importantly, changing and saving lives through advocacy will allow these future generations to become more equipped with long-term prevention concerning kidney health.
As the founder of AKBF, I am grateful for your continued support and for sharing this information with your friends and family. Thank you for being so supportive and remember to get your kidney function tests annually.
